Garrett is a highly qualified fitness and mobility coach with multiple certifications under his belt. He has been working in health and fitness since 2015. His goals are to educate people on the importance of tissue quality and teach students how to achieve their best results in life, and Jiu Jitsu, by improving their mobility. He is a former college football player, Navy veteran, Southeastern graduate, and a father who uses his life experiences to try to help others as often as possible.
